Graversen<\/span><\/span> (<span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Uni-El A\/S<\/span><\/span>), and shares are sold to <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Seelen A\/S<\/span><\/span> <\/p><p data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"344\"><strong data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"254\">2006<\/strong><br data-start=\"254\" data-end=\"257\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Seelen A\/S<\/span><\/span> relocates part of its mechanical production to Poland<\/p><p data-start=\"346\" data-end=\"479\"><strong data-start=\"346\" data-end=\"354\">2008<\/strong><br data-start=\"354\" data-end=\"357\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">IAG A\/S<\/span><\/span> is established (Seelen A\/S, Pol-El Sp. z o.o., Univeyor A\/S, Jokan A\/S, and Consius A\/S)<\/p><p data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"643\"><strong data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"489\">2009<\/strong><br data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"492\">A production facility of 2,000 m\u00b2 is constructed, and Seelen A\/S acquires all shares in Pol-El Sp. z o.o. The IAG Group is dissolved <\/p><p data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"866\"><strong data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"653\">2010<\/strong><br data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"656\">Seelen A\/S and Pol-El Sp. z o.o. join <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Qubiqa Group<\/span><\/span>, and <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Bjarne Guldager<\/span><\/span> assumes the position of Managing Director of Qubiqa Sp. z o.o. \/ Pol-El Sp. z o.o.   <\/p><p data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"1101\"><strong data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"876\">2011<\/strong><br data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"879\">Pol-El Sp. z o.o. changes its name to Qubiqa Sp. z o.o. Production of <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Nordplan<\/span><\/span> archive shelving is transferred to Qubiqa Sp. z o.o., and steel structure production begins in Pi\u0142a   <\/p><p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1203\"><strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1111\">2012<\/strong><br data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1114\">Part of the archive shelving production machinery is relocated back to Denmark<\/p><p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1314\"><strong data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1213\">2013<\/strong><br data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1216\">Following the sale of the former Nordplan, archive shelving production in Pi\u0142a is discontinued<\/p><\/div><div class=\"markdown prose dark:prose-invert w-full wrap-break-word light markdown-new-styling\"><p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1324\">2014<\/strong><br data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1327\">Wynajem nowej hali produkcyjnej o powierzchni 980 m\u00b2 dla dzia\u0142u ci\u0119cia i gi\u0119cia blach<\/p><p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>2018<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">A new 4,500 m\u00b2 production hall was rented for metalworks. All \u201cdirty production\u201d was moved to a separate hall, improving the safety and quality of control cabinet production. <\/p><p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>2019<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">We obtained the UL certification for the production of cabinets for the North American market.<\/p><p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>2023<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The entire Qubiqa Group was awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal.<\/p><p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>2024<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1412\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">A new sister company, C&amp;H Service, joined the group \u2013
