Foundations of Our CSR

Our Market Position

Qubiqa has transformed from a group of local companies into an international Group, matching other global entities operating in our industry.

We began strategic CSR activities in 2013. To date, few of our competitors have incorporated a strategic approach to CSR into their operations; however, our customers are showing increasing interest in responsibility, and we believe that sound CSR practices will gain increasing importance in our industry.

Products and Maintenance Concepts

Our products are known for their high quality, and our solutions represent an important part of our competitive advantage. The further development of our products, solutions, and manufacturing know-how requires maintaining a high level of competencies within the organization.

Already today, our material handling systems, used for example in the insulation industry and in the energy sector, contribute – directly or indirectly – to improving process efficiency and supporting sustainable development. Our internal logistics solutions are also designed with a strong focus on ergonomics.

To strengthen our position, we continuously develop our understanding of customer expectations, particularly in the area of sustainability and the requirements placed on our solutions.

We are convinced that the importance of products and systems supporting sustainable development will continue to grow in the coming years.

Our Organization and Employees

Qubiqa’s management has a solid foundation for driving CSR activities, based on an established strategy, action plan, and organizational structure responsible for their implementation.

The direction of these activities is set by the CSR Steering Committee, which includes the Qubiqa CEO and the Group Marketing Manager. The committee oversees the CSR strategy and its implementation across the organization.

These efforts are supported by the CSR team, responsible for day-to-day execution. The Steering Committee and the CSR team jointly ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, with the Group Marketing Manager leading and coordinating the team’s work.

We focus on equipping our employees with the right competencies and organizational framework to ensure that CSR is embedded in the entire organization. Therefore, we treat competence development in this area as a key priority, also in the context of cross-site collaboration.

Our goal is to build an organization prepared for future challenges, where responsibility and a sustainable approach are an integral part of everyday operations.

We build on strong foundations in Denmark while operating as one unified organization. In our daily work, we leverage the potential of all departments to strengthen collaboration and integrate CSR principles into all aspects of our business.

Qubiqa’s Profile

So far, we have not actively communicated Qubiqa’s activities in the area of responsibility and sustainability. We are perceived as a reliable and responsible company, but not necessarily as one that consciously and consistently builds its strategy in this area.

We would like to change this. Our goal is for our partners — especially our customers — to see Qubiqa as a company that operates in a responsible and sustainable way, regardless of the market we are active in.

Therefore, we will consistently strengthen this aspect of our communication and build Qubiqa’s image as a responsible and conscious company — particularly in our relationships with current and future customers.
